Despite heavy rain for the first few days, and a fair swell on the North Sea, the comfort and hospitality on the Celebration made up for the elements outside. The warm welcome given, the facilities and programme provided and the endless supply of good food made this a very enjoyable way to spend my 60th Birthday. The Faroe Islands were very wet and dark on arrival early on a Sunday morning, and we regret that the day did not improve. Three stops in Iceland and two in Norway, all visited in glorious sunshine made the trip unforgetable.
First Class entertainment was provided by an exceptionally good theatre production group and the fun provided during quizzes and game shows was very good.
I can thoroughly recommend the Fire & Ice cruise to everyone.

| Quality of Food | |
| We ate mostly in the Lido restaurant, a self-service all-day restaurant - very good choice of meats, fish and vegetarian meals | | Entertainment | |
| The theatre company on board were very good, certainly better that the 'guests' flown in from the UK | | Shore Excursions | |
| The Flaam Railway is a 'must' if travelling to that area. | | Staff | |
| Bram Lorenz - the Senior Entertainment Host was excellent - certainly an asset to the Ship. He provided 'Game shows' each evening but spent time going around speaking to everyone before and afteer the performances. This guy deserves to go far!! | | Children's Facilities | n/a |
| | Onboard Activities | |
| From quizzes to Casino, sports fun to Health Spa - entertainment was provided all day, every day | | Cabins | |
