We decided to book a week cruise and week hotel as never cruised before,my partner was very apprehensive of "cruising"at the end of the weeks cruise I had to fight to get him off!!...Our cabin was on deck 3 and it was larger than what we expected, our cabin boy seemed to always be there for us but never was he a nuisance,we chose to eat at the self service most of the time this suited us but I understand the other restaurants were of high standard. We had the "all inclusive" deal so all drinks were paid for, entertainment was enjoyable and the boys and girls always had time to stop and chat on board.
The trips.....we done the old train to Rome,I would say a little expensive as we seemed to spend a lot of the time in the restaurant when really we would have rather been sight seeing, we did see most of it and we will go back for a long week end maybe,Nice and Easy was just what it sounded around Nice,Monte carlo and Monaco,Pisa afternoon trip ...expensive do that one on your own as really you are paying for the bus ride when you get there you are left on your own any way.
Our only regret.... we did NOT do 2weeks but will be cruising again very shortly I hope .
If you want an informal cruise give Thomson ago......HAPPY CRUISING
