We went on the Celebration in June and again in December of last year.
The restaurants were all good, especially Zilli's but they need to bring back the complimentary chocolates!!!
The service was good - better in June than in December though, they had had a change of staff and the bar staff in Liberties (apart from Michael) were slow to say the least in December.
Our cabin was a delux cabin both times so they were spacious, clean and we were very well looked after by our cabin steward on both occaisions.
The activities tended to be around the pool so were limited to quizzes or demonstrations, but they were nonetheless enjoyable for that.
Talking about the pool the sunbeds were a little crowded and some people were very selfish in putting their towels out and then going on an all day trip!
The trips were excellent although a little expensive. Some of the guides particularly the one in Petra Jordan needs to learn how to speak to people instead of whistling them to move on!!!
We saw very little of the main shows but what we did see we enjoyed tremendously.
We met a great couple on the ship in June and spent most of our time in Liberties lounge with them in the evening. In fact we are going on the destiny with them this June! The entertainment staff had also changed, not for the better in our opinion, the staff in June always made time to talk to the passengers and pass the time of day with them, the new staff seemed as if they couldn't get out of the lounge quick enough, apart from the new entertainments director who did a one man show which was superb!
All in all a great ship if a little tired around the edges. Having now discovered the Thomson ships we will be cruising on them for the next few years at least - yes we have tried the other cruise lines and found Fred Olsen excellent as well - we prefer the smaller ships.
If you are thinking of trying cruising for the first time or just to try Thomson for the first time - don't think about it book it!!!

We mainly ate in the Lido restaurant in June but in the Meridian restaurant in December
