This was our first cruise on a Thomson Ship Having cruised on all the big name ships over the last 18 years we were totally amazed at the high standard of the Emerald Although 50 years old and this is its last season the ship was spotless. The staff were the best we have had on any cruise, and far better than P&O.
Natually on an old ship the swimming pool was tiny and the uneven decks may not be suitable for the elderly however we thoroughly ejoyed every minute and will definitely be using Thomson cruises again.
