Q:
Hi I was on a cruise to Irland on 23rd Sep 2008 on Thomson Celebration that was canceled due to the weather we were told we would get 80% of the cost back towards our next cruise has anyone got a refund yet

Thank you I have received my refund now very happy with it too have booked on Destiny on 7th Dec Tropical Transatlantic

If the whole cruise was cancelled I would suggest you insist on 100% of the cost back!!

Thank you but we had a very good time even if we did not go any where I am happy with what I have now recieved I am not greedy as some Thomson can not control the weather and I think the captin made the right dicision to not move for as he put it for the safety and comfort of the passengers and crew
