there is no smoking in any in any inside areas. Smoking is allowed on Deck 6, a small section at the back of the ship on deck 5 and on the forward section of the sun deck ( deck 9)

All their website indicates is "Please note: for the comfort of all guests, all restaurants are non-smoking. Elsewhere on the ship, smoking is only allowed in strictly designated areas." I would expect you will not be allowed to smoke on a balcony or in the cabin. On other ships certain parts of the casino smoking is allowed and usually on either the port or starboard side there will be designated palces even if you are out and about on the decks.
